1. Shipping Coverage

We deliver across India to most pin codes through our trusted logistics partners. If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you at the time of checkout or after placing the order.

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after confirmation.
• You will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS once your order is placed.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
• Non-Metro Areas: 5-8 business days
• Remote Locations: 7-10 business days (may vary)

Please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors like weather, courier delays, or public holidays.

4. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping may be available on selected products or orders above a certain value.

For other orders, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and product weight/volume.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and a link via SMS/email to track your order status.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Share clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item.
• We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund, as applicable.

7. Plant Delivery Note

We take utmost care in packing live plants to ensure they reach you healthy and safe. However, some minor wear may occur due to transit. Please unpack your plant immediately and provide water and light as needed.

8. Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver on time, certain delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
