Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Nature and Science Garden Center, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver quality products with care, but if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• Damaged or Defective Products: If the product received is damaged, broken, or defective.
• Incorrect Product: If you receive a different product than what you ordered.

To be eligible for a return:

• You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging for verification.

Note: Live plants are non-returnable unless they arrive in a damaged or unhealthy condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Live plants (unless damaged during transit)
• Customized or special-order items
• Items returned without original packaging
• Products returned after 24 hours of delivery

3. Refund Policy

After inspecting your return request:

• Approved Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), we will ask for your bank account details for NEFT refund.
• If the product is not eligible for return, we will notify you and no refund will be issued.

4. Replacement Policy

If the returned product is eligible, you may choose to:

• Get a replacement, or
• Receive a refund

Replacement shipping will be free of charge for eligible cases.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
• Cancellation after shipping will not be allowed.
